Serving wine

You don’t have to be a wine waiter complete with bow tie to know how to serve wine properly. A few guidelines and some basic principles are enough to have you serving like a professional! It is important to select the right glass. And make sure you get the temperature right, as temperature plays an important role in bringing out the best in a wine. Decanting and corking are two further important subjects that are easy to master.
