A Real Taste of Burgundy

One of the places at the top of every sommelier’s must-visit list is certainly Burgundy. But it can be an expensive trip, one that most sommeliers can’t afford.  Enter Daniel Johnnes, importer, wine director and founder of “La Paulée” in the US, who came up with the idea of the La Paulée scholarship fund that would enable sommeliers to visit the region.
